Free 30-min discovery call
We walk through your week. Where you spend the most time, which tasks you keep putting off, and which things would matter most if they got faster.
Practical AI setup and training for small business owners across the Valley. No buzzwords, no enterprise software contracts — just real workflows that save you hours every week.
You're busy. The first call is free, the demo uses your real work, and the setup actually sticks because we build it around the way your team already operates.
We walk through your week. Where you spend the most time, which tasks you keep putting off, and which things would matter most if they got faster.
I show AI working on your actual emails, proposals, or documents — not generic samples. You see exactly what's possible before you commit to anything.
Custom prompts for your workflows, a one-page cheat sheet your team will actually use, and an hour of hands-on training so it doesn't sit unused.
Most clients start with the one-time setup, then add a monthly retainer if their team wants ongoing help. Everything is fixed-price — you'll know the number before we start.
For owners who want to see real results from AI without spending weeks figuring it out themselves.
Everything in Setup, plus a built and tested automation or integration. Zapier, Make, or direct API connections to the tools you already use.
Your "AI person on call." For teams that keep finding new workflows to streamline and want someone to lean on.
Pricing varies by complexity. Final number quoted after the free consultation — no surprises later.
Hours every day on customer replies, vendor back-and-forth, internal threads — and most of it sounds the same.
Quotes, reports, SOPs, marketing content — the writing eats your week and only you can do it. Until now.
Missed follow-ups, leads that go cold, customers whose questions sit for days. Capacity, not effort, is the problem.
Maybe you played with ChatGPT for an afternoon. It was cool, then it sat unused. Setup & team adoption is the missing piece.
You're past the solo stage but you're not an enterprise either. You need help built for your size, not adapted from it.
Phoenix-based and present. Most work is on-site or video; remote-only is fine too if you're outside the Valley.
Most AI pitches dance around these. I'd rather be plain about it up front so you know what you're getting.
I'm a software engineer based in Phoenix. I've spent the last few years working hands-on with AI tools — building with them, breaking them, and figuring out what actually helps real work get done versus what just sounds impressive in a demo.
I started AI Help AZ because most AI consulting falls into two camps: enterprise firms that charge $50K to write you a deck, or generic online courses that don't account for how your business actually runs. Phoenix small businesses deserve a real-person partner who shows up, listens, and builds something you'll still be using six months from now.
The first call is free. No pitch, no obligation. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that — and probably point you somewhere better.
For the tools I recommend (Claude, ChatGPT Team/Enterprise), your conversations aren't used to train the models. For general business communications, proposals, and process docs, this is fine.
For genuinely sensitive data — SSNs, financial account numbers, regulated health info — we set up workflows that keep that information out of the AI in the first place. I'll walk you through what's safe and what isn't during setup.
That's the most common reason AI investments fail, and it's why I do training in person (or live on video) instead of sending a PDF.
The setup is built around tasks your team already does — specific emails, specific reports — so it's obvious when to use it. The one-page cheat sheet stays on their desk. And if adoption stalls, I'll come back and figure out why.
Honestly? Yes. The tools are public and the internet is full of tutorials. What you'd be paying for is the 20+ hours of trial-and-error I've already done figuring out what works for businesses your size — plus someone who'll show up if your team gets stuck.
If you'd rather learn it yourself, I'm happy to point you at good resources. No hard feelings.
All solid tools. I default to Claude for most small-business workflows because it tends to be the best at long-form writing, document analysis, and following multi-step instructions — the things small businesses need most.
But the brand matters far less than the setup. I'll recommend whatever fits your team and your existing tools.
Phoenix metro is the priority because I can do in-person training when it helps. But remote engagements are fine — everything except the on-site visits works just as well over video.
A standard AI Workflow Setup runs about 2 weeks from the discovery call to go-live training. Custom Automation projects take 3–6 weeks depending on the integration. The monthly retainer is, well, monthly.
Tell me what's eating your week. If AI can help, I'll show you how — with your actual work, in real time.
